These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Puzzle Hunters website located at puzzlehunters.co.uk (the "Site"), as well as your purchase of our handmade puzzle products, whether through this Site or third-party platforms like Amazon and Etsy. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes transmitting obscene or offensive content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its related systems, or knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful technology.
2. Products and Orders
All products are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those with pricing or availability errors. When placing an order through third-party platforms, their terms and conditions also apply.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed in GBP or the buyer's local currency depending on the platform used. We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. You are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges incurred.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the countries listed on the Site or third-party platforms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal service delays or customs. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. You must notify us in writing and return the item in unused, saleable condition within 14 days. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. For returns made through Amazon or Etsy, their respective return policies apply. See our separate Returns Policy for more information.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Site, including but not limited to logos, images, product designs, content, and trademarks, are owned by Puzzle Hunters or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content to the Site or our social media, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for any purpose. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzle Hunters shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Site, products, or third-party platforms. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

This Site may contain links to other websites such as Amazon and Etsy. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or operations of those sites. Any purchases made on those platforms are subject to their own terms and policies.
